Markéta Nabiany is the founding member of comm.ethics, a company established with the purpose to improve the interpersonal communication culture in business organizations and to help maintain employee well-being and long-term productivity. Markéta believes that resilient, stress reducing and efficient interpersonal communication that fosters inner peace and well-being in work environment, being lived by senior management and across all levels of organizational hierarchies by example, will lead business organizations to long-lasting success.

Having spent almost two decades in high performing industries, Markéta continues being active as a consultant in the area of regulatory affairs, user and patient documentation, in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Furthermore, she is a part-time lecturer in the field of emotional intelligence in educational institutions in Switzerland.
